Refund & Return Policy

At Kinnisoni Diamond and Jewellery FZE, we strive to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If you need to return or exchange a product, please follow the guidelines below. Our policy is designed to accommodate customers worldwide.

To Return or Exchange a Product:

  • Please email us at support@kinnisoni.com with your order number and product codes within 24 hours of receiving the product.
  • For assistance, you can call us at Number Adding Soon  from Monday to Saturday between 12 PM and 7 PM.

Steps to Making a Return:

  1. Inform Us: Notify us within 3 days of receiving your order.
  2. Provide Proof: Before arranging for the return of a damaged or incorrect product, please send us a video of the unpacking process.
  3. Return Window: Products can be returned within 7 days from the receipt of goods if they are found to be damaged or defective.
  4. Refund Process: Refunds will be processed once we have received the shipment in its original packaging.

Criteria for Return:

  • The items must be unused.
  • The packaging should include the original invoice, packaging, and tags. Items without tags will not be accepted.
  • There should be no scratches or deformities on the product.
  • Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer and/or a refund refused.
  • Any jewelry not in its original condition will not be considered eligible for return.

Return Shipment Process:

  • To return your order, prepare the package and include the original invoice. Contact our customer care to arrange a return shipment.

International Returns:

  • For international returns, please contact our support team at support@kinnisoni.com to receive further instructions. Return shipping costs and any customs duties or fees are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Ensure the returned items are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

Refunds Will Be Issued in the Following Cases:

  • Genuine quality issues.
  • Packages lost in transit.
  • If an incorrect item has been shipped to you.

Important Information:

  • Refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 7-10 business days after receiving the returned items.
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the criteria above.
